I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, with the hotel being just a short stroll from both the charming Bryan Park and the beautiful Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, making my morning walks incredibly refreshing. the staff were also super friendly and eager to help, which made me feel right at home. As a solo traveler, I appreciated having so many dining options close by, like Mission Bbq and Olive Garden, for easy meals after a day of exploration, but the room could use a more thorough cleaning.

On arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who ensured a quieter room for my family. The coffee bar was a lovely touch, with fresh options available around the clock. Breakfast was delightful, and the location suited our needs perfectly. A great stay overall, despite some minor noise issues from the hallways!

I had such a good stay! The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was not only spacious but also equipped with a mini-fridge and microwave, which made it super convenient for late-night snacks. Plus, the team really went the extra mile-Haroon was amazing at recommending local spots, and they even had a variety of breakfast options that kept me fueled for the day!

i had a nice stay at best western. the breakfast was quite good with a nice variety, including daily specials. the indoor swimming pool was a fun bonus that kept me entertained! the hotel is also close to a tree-man-duss man named edward, which was a charming surprise.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, providing a quiet room for my baby. The free breakfast offered various choices, but the eggs could have been fresher.

The staff, especially Edward, was so friendly and made mornings brighter. Fran helped us get what we needed, and check-in was a breeze thanks to Robert. The breakfast options were pretty cool, too. Just wish the manager was nicer—she messed up my billing, which was super frustrating.
